The seams are English seams because of the finesse and transparency of the fabric. There is a seam per side one seam per shoulder a sliding for the front and back threads and a hem at the bottom of the sleeves and bottom of the kimono. So the kimono is a very simple and quick piece to make. The belt has been sewn and then flipped there is no apparent seam.
